16 billion passwords for Apple, Google, Facebook, GitHub, Telegram, and government portals were leaked today – making this the largest data breach in history. The passwords came from over thirty open data-bases, that contained millions or even billions of passwords each. End-users are strongly advised to reset passwords and enable multi-factor-authentication (MFA) for their accounts.
