A data breech notification company called Have I Been Pwned has confirmed that 7-Eleven's data breech has exposed over 185,000 users names, addresses, and date of births. The hacker group, Shiny Hunters, that took credit for this attack have been threatening to leak this data unless ransom is paid. 7-Eleven's security officers have concluded that the hackers were able to gain access to internal servers that contained franchisee documents.
