Hangzhou's Intermediate Peoples Court reaches the decision that companies cannot fire employee's to solely replace them with AI. This decision was made after a tech worker denied a pay cut because of the implementation of AI to his job. The court states that replacing employee's with AI without other justifiable business reasons that don't breach labor contracts is illegal.
