The NVIDIA Container Toolkit contains a vulnerability in the initialization phase that could allow an attacker to input code in higher access areas of a system. The vulnerability affects all versions of the toolkit. The issue is actively being addressed, though, in versions 1.17.8 and 25.3.1. Recent data released shows that 37% of cloud environments have already been exploited, with the possibility of personal information being accessed, stolen, or manipulated.
