Stryker Hack Affects Thousands of Mobile Devices

After a cyberattack on Stryker, a leading global technology company, over thousands of employee devices were wiped out without a malicious or ransomware attack. Several employees have lost personal data through the wiping process led by a hacktivist group linked to Iran. These threat actors had global admin privileges, however the company states that products remain safe for use for customers. The attack is currently being inspected by Palo Alto and Microsoft DART and Stryker's current priority is to restore the supply chain while resuming customer orders.
