Databricks has officially acquired Panther, an AI-powered security operations platform in hopes to increase competition with other security management organizations. CEO of Databricks explained AI has significantly decreased the amount of time threat actors need to exploit vulnerabilities, and believes that the best way to combat these threats is by using AI. Additionally, he stated that "You have to fight fire with fire" when it comes to AI-powered exploits.
