Another AI Startup Hits $10B Valuation
An AI assistant startup, Instinct, is now valued at $10B after a recent fundraiser. Their AI agent will be able to make book reservations, pay bills, cancel subscriptions, conduct research, shop online, among other tasks. To enable all of these features, which may not work well consistently, users have to give over a staggering amount of sensitive personal information. On top of that, Meta's Muse is already wildly popular by doing similar things. Is it worth surrendering your personal information to yet another company, which might not stick around, just for the illusion of convenience?
