Production at JLR's primary and international car plants, such as those in Slovakia, China, and India were halted on August 31st after a cyber attack. To contain the attack and protect infrastructure, JLR shut down its IT systems completely. Reportedly, these attackers were also behind the M&S cyber attack earlier this year.
