Meta launches an "Incognito Chat" mode for WhatsApp, allowing users to have private conversations with its Meta AI chatbot. This features creates a secure environment that even Meta can't access, with messages disappearing by default and no conversations being saved, as a response to growing user concerns about sharing sensitive information. These conversations with the chatbot are limited to text only and requires age verification. Meta has also been planning on following up with a "Side Chat" feature, which offers private AI assistance within existing conversations without disrupting the main chat thread.
