Facebook's new AI Mode uses Meta AI to generate synthesized answers to user input in the search bar. This feature provides an alternative to scrolling through endless reels by providing a detailed summary of the topic based off of the same reels that users would have watched. While the updates purpose is to provide quick access to information, there are many concerns that the answers generated could be outdated, misleading or inaccurate.
