Amazon is tired of AI hallucinations making incorrect orders so they blocked external AI agents. Meta’s Muse hallucinates about 82% which is lower than agents from Chatgpt and Deepseek. Yet this is much higher than Amazon's Nova, which hallucinates only 58% of the time. Blocking external AI agents will reduce the rate of incorrect orders but it will not eliminate the errors altogether. Is blocking Meta’s AI enough?
