The city of Ohio recently installed new 911 technology that allows AI-powered text translation and video sharing through a link that is sent to the caller's phone, which in turn takes access of the device in order to asses the emergency. For all that AI can do aid critical services, however, its addition does raise some questions about what security measures are be taken to prevent possible exploitation or hijacking.
