Omi, a Competitor to Friend, Wants to Boost Your Productivity Using AI and a ‘Brain Interface’

A San Francisco startup Based Hardware has launched a new wearable AI device called Omi at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. The wearable can we worn as a necklace or attached to the side of the head using a "brain interface" to detect when users are speaking to it. Designed to boost productivity, the devices leverages GPT-4o to answer questions, summarize conversations, create to-do list, schedule meetings, etc.
