This project seeks to create an autonomous underwater vehicle for missions related to critical infrastructure inspection and repair and a search and rescue operation. Since diver's can become disoriented due to lack of light or murky water conditions and can't perform complex computations underwater, this project can help the U.S. military and maintain global economic security using the best of human, AI, and robot abilities.
