Apple is only allowed to track users' devices only with their consent. This new agreement will allow users to opt into the systems known as App Tracking Transparency. This feature will only be available in certain countries like Germany, France, Italy, Poland ,and Romania. Apple has argued they are dedicated to protect consumer privacy and this is just one example of how they protect consumer privacy.
